A third-year pharmacy student intern supports retail pharmacy operations and patient care under pharmacist supervision while completing a training roadmap to prepare for a pharmacist role.
What you'll do
- Help fill prescriptions safely and accurately, follow pharmacy procedures, and support inventory and daily operations.
- Assist patients with care and service, including counseling or prescription-related tasks under pharmacist supervision and as permitted by law.
- Complete training experiences and support immunizations or other health services where allowed and appropriately trained.
