A third-year Pharmacy Intern applies pharmacy-school learning in a retail pharmacy, supporting safe prescription fulfillment, patient care, and pharmacy operations under pharmacist supervision.
What you'll do
- Follow pharmacy procedures and assist with accurate, timely prescription fulfillment and basic inventory tasks.
- Support patient service, including answering questions, taking prescriptions, and providing immunizations or other services where permitted and trained.
- Complete the training roadmap and follow applicable laws, CVS policies, and patient-safety and privacy requirements.
