A third-year Pharmacy Intern applies pharmacy-school learning in a retail pharmacy, supporting safe prescription fulfillment, patient care, and pharmacy operations under pharmacist supervision.
What you'll do
- Follow pharmacy procedures to support accurate prescription processing, patient service, and safe operations.
- Assist patients with questions and services, and take or clarify prescriptions where permitted under supervision and state regulations.
- Complete training roadmap activities and support inventory, immunizations, and other pharmacy tasks as permitted by law and training.
