A third-year Pharmacy Intern supports retail pharmacy operations and patient care under a pharmacist’s supervision while completing training toward a pharmacist role.
What you'll do
- Help fill prescriptions safely and accurately, follow pharmacy workflows and procedures, and support inventory activities.
- Assist patients with service and, under pharmacist supervision, counseling, medical questions, and prescription coordination as permitted by law.
- Complete the training roadmap and support additional health services, including immunizations where permitted and appropriately trained.
