A third-year pharmacy student trains and works with CVS retail pharmacy teams to safely fulfill prescriptions, support patients, and develop skills for a future pharmacist role.
What you'll do
- Follow pharmacy procedures and assist with accurate prescription fulfillment, patient service, inventory, and pharmacy operations under pharmacist supervision.
- Support patient care through counseling assistance, prescription communications, immunizations, and other services where permitted and appropriately trained.
- Complete the training roadmap, work with pharmacy colleagues and leaders, and comply with applicable laws, safety, privacy, and company procedures.
