A third-year pharmacy student intern supports CVS retail pharmacy operations while completing supervised training and developing skills for a future pharmacist role.
What you'll do
- Assist with safe, accurate prescription fulfillment, pharmacy workflow, inventory tasks, and patient service under pharmacist supervision.
- Complete a training roadmap covering pharmacy operations and patient care; counsel patients and handle prescriptions where permitted and supervised.
- Support immunizations and other health services when allowed by law and after required training or certification.
