A third-year pharmacy student intern supports CVS retail pharmacy operations and patient care while completing hands-on training in preparation for a pharmacist role.
What you'll do
- Follow pharmacy procedures to help ensure prescriptions are filled safely and accurately, and provide caring service to patients.
- Assist with patient questions and services, prescription coordination, inventory tasks, and pharmacy-team training under appropriate supervision and as allowed by law.
- Complete a training roadmap covering pharmacy, store, district, and regional operations.
