A third-year pharmacy intern supports retail pharmacy operations and patient care under pharmacist supervision while completing training to prepare for a pharmacist role.
What you'll do
- Help fulfill prescriptions safely and accurately, follow pharmacy procedures, and support daily inventory activities.
- Assist patients with service, counseling, and health questions under licensed pharmacist supervision; support immunizations and other services where permitted and trained.
- Complete the training roadmap and comply with applicable laws, regulations, company policies, and patient privacy requirements.
