A third-year pharmacy intern supports retail pharmacy operations and patient care under pharmacist supervision while completing training to prepare for a pharmacist role.
What you'll do
- Help fill prescriptions safely and accurately, follow pharmacy procedures, and support day-to-day operations and inventory tasks.
- Assist patients with service and health-care needs, including counseling or immunization-related duties when permitted and supervised as required.
- Complete the training roadmap and comply with applicable laws, company policies, and patient privacy and safety requirements.
