A third-year pharmacy intern applies pharmacy-school learning in a retail pharmacy, supporting safe prescription fulfillment, patient care, and pharmacy operations under pharmacist supervision.
What you'll do
- Complete a training roadmap and learn pharmacy, store, district, and regional operations.
- Support pharmacy workflow, inventory, prescription fulfillment, and patient service in accordance with procedures and applicable laws.
- Assist with counseling, immunizations, and other patient health services when permitted and appropriately trained.
