A third-year pharmacy student intern supports retail pharmacy operations and patient care under pharmacist supervision while completing hands-on training to prepare for a pharmacist role.
What you'll do
- Help process prescriptions safely and accurately, follow pharmacy procedures, and support inventory and daily operations.
- Assist patients with questions and services, including immunizations where permitted and appropriately trained; escalate clinical concerns to a licensed pharmacist.
- Complete the training roadmap and comply with applicable laws, CVS policies, and patient privacy and safety requirements.
