A third-year Pharmacy Intern trains under a preceptor and supports retail pharmacy operations, prescription fulfillment, and patient care while preparing for a pharmacist role.
What you'll do
- Follow pharmacy procedures and assist with safe, accurate prescription fulfillment and daily pharmacy operations.
- Support patient care through service, counseling and prescription-related communications under pharmacist supervision, and provide immunizations or other services where allowed and trained.
- Complete the training roadmap, assist with inventory, and follow applicable laws, safety, privacy, and company policies.
