A third-year pharmacy intern supports retail pharmacy operations and patient care under pharmacist supervision while completing training to prepare for a pharmacist role.
What you'll do
- Help fill prescriptions safely and accurately, follow pharmacy workflows and SOPs, and assist with inventory tasks.
- Support patient service by answering questions, offering or supporting health services, and escalating concerns to a pharmacist when needed.
- Complete the training roadmap and comply with applicable laws, regulations, and patient-safety and privacy requirements.
