A third-year pharmacy student intern receives supervised training and supports retail pharmacy operations, prescription fulfillment, patient care, and immunization services where permitted.
What you'll do
- Complete a training roadmap and learn pharmacy, store, district, and regional operations under a preceptor.
- Support safe and accurate prescription fulfillment, pharmacy workflow, inventory, and patient service under pharmacist supervision.
- Provide or support patient health services, including counseling, immunizations, and point-of-care testing where permitted and trained.
