A third-year pharmacy student intern supports retail pharmacy operations and patient care under pharmacist supervision while completing training toward a pharmacist role.
What you'll do
- Help fill prescriptions safely and accurately, follow pharmacy procedures, and provide caring service to patients.
- Support patient counseling, prescription clarification, inventory, and additional health services as permitted and supervised.
- Complete the training roadmap and follow applicable laws, policies, and procedures to protect patient safety and privacy.
