A third-year pharmacy student intern applies pharmacy-school learning in a retail pharmacy while training for pharmacist responsibilities and supporting safe prescription services and patient care.
What you'll do
- Follow pharmacy procedures and assist with accurate prescription fulfillment, workflow, and inventory activities.
- Provide caring patient service, offer counseling under pharmacist supervision, and support health services such as immunizations where permitted and trained.
- Complete the training roadmap and comply with applicable laws, regulations, and CVS policies.
