A third-year pharmacy student intern supports retail pharmacy operations and patient care while completing a supervised training roadmap to prepare for a pharmacist role.
What you'll do
- Help fill prescriptions safely and accurately, follow pharmacy workflows and SOPs, and provide caring service to patients.
- Under a licensed pharmacist’s supervision, support patient counseling and questions, prescription communications, and health services such as immunizations where permitted.
- Complete training and basic inventory tasks, follow applicable laws and policies, and contribute to pharmacy team operations.
