A third-year Pharmacy Intern applies pharmacy-school learning in a retail pharmacy, supporting safe prescription fulfillment, patient care, and pharmacy operations while completing a training roadmap.
What you'll do
- Support pharmacy workflow and accurate prescription fulfillment while following standard operating procedures and applicable laws.
- Assist patients with caring service and, under pharmacist supervision, counseling, medical questions, prescriptions, and other health services where permitted.
- Complete training experiences and operational tasks, including inventory activities and support for immunizations where permitted and appropriately trained.
