A third-year Pharmacy Intern applies pharmacy-school learning in a retail pharmacy, supporting safe prescription fulfillment and patient care while completing a training roadmap toward pharmacist responsibilities.
What you'll do
- Support pharmacy workflows and help ensure prescriptions are filled promptly, safely, and accurately in accordance with SOPs.
- Assist patients with caring service and, under pharmacist supervision where appropriate, counseling, medical questions, and related care services.
- Complete training and operational tasks including inventory activities, prescription clarification, and immunization support where allowed by law.
