A third-year pharmacy intern supports retail pharmacy operations and patient care under a pharmacist’s supervision while completing a training roadmap to prepare for a pharmacist role.
What you'll do
- Help fill prescriptions safely and accurately, follow pharmacy workflows and SOPs, and support pharmacy operations and inventory tasks.
- Assist patients with caring service, handle appropriate questions and prescriptions under pharmacist supervision, and support health services such as immunizations where permitted.
- Complete training experiences, follow applicable laws and policies, and contribute to a safe, inclusive pharmacy team.
