A third-year pharmacy student intern supports retail pharmacy operations and patient care under pharmacist supervision while completing a training roadmap in preparation for a pharmacist role.
What you'll do
- Help fill prescriptions safely and accurately, follow pharmacy procedures, and provide caring service to patients.
- Support patient care activities, including counseling and prescription clarification under pharmacist supervision, and immunization services where permitted and qualified.
- Complete training and inventory tasks, follow applicable laws and policies, and contribute to pharmacy team operations.
