About the job
A third-year pharmacy intern supports a retail pharmacy team in delivering safe patient care and managing patient care programs under a licensed pharmacist’s direct supervision.
What you'll do
- Support patient safety, pharmacy practice, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, customer service, inventory, and workflow management; final prescription verification is excluded.
- Help manage patient care programs and provide patient care, including immunizations when permitted by state regulations.
- Complete required training and licensure requirements and contribute to a collaborative, patient-focused team.
