A third-year Pharmacy Intern trains under a preceptor and supports retail pharmacy operations, prescription fulfillment, patient care, and preparation for a pharmacist role.
What you'll do
- Follow pharmacy workflows and standard procedures to help ensure prescriptions are filled safely and accurately.
- Support patient care by assisting with counseling, prescriptions, immunizations, and other services under pharmacist supervision and where permitted.
- Complete the training roadmap and assist with inventory, team communication, and pharmacy operations.
