A third-year pharmacy student trains in CVS retail pharmacy operations and supports safe prescription fulfillment, patient care, and pharmacy services under pharmacist supervision.
What you'll do
- Complete a training roadmap and assist with pharmacy workflows, prescription processing, inventory, and compliance with procedures and regulations.
- Support patient service by answering questions, taking prescriptions where permitted, and providing or assisting with immunizations and other health services when trained and allowed.
- Contribute to team operations through communication, coaching, and flexible scheduling, including shifts at other market locations as needed.
