A third-year pharmacy student supports retail pharmacy operations and patient care while completing hands-on training under a pharmacist preceptor.
What you'll do
- Follow pharmacy procedures and help ensure prescriptions are filled promptly, safely, and accurately.
- Assist patients with service and health-care needs, and support pharmacist-supervised counseling, prescription clarification, and immunization activities where permitted.
- Complete training experiences and operational tasks, including inventory work and supporting pharmacy team members.
