A third-year pharmacy intern trains under a preceptor and supports retail pharmacy operations, prescription fulfillment, and patient care while preparing for a pharmacist role.
What you'll do
- Complete a training roadmap covering pharmacy workflows and store, district, and regional operations.
- Support safe, accurate prescription fulfillment and patient service, including counseling and prescription coordination under pharmacist supervision where permitted.
- Assist with inventory and, where permitted and trained, immunizations and other patient health services.
