A third-year Pharmacy Intern supports retail pharmacy operations and patient care under a licensed pharmacist’s direction while completing training in preparation for a pharmacist role.
What you'll do
- Help fill prescriptions safely and accurately, follow pharmacy procedures, and support pharmacy workflow and inventory tasks.
- Assist patients with care and service, including counseling or medical questions under pharmacist supervision and supporting immunizations where permitted.
- Complete the training roadmap and comply with applicable laws, regulations, company policies, and patient privacy requirements.
