A third-year pharmacy student intern supports retail pharmacy operations and patient care while completing training to prepare for a pharmacist role.
What you'll do
- Help ensure prescriptions are filled promptly, safely, and accurately by following pharmacy workflows and procedures.
- Assist patients with service and appropriate counseling under a licensed pharmacist’s direct supervision; support immunizations and other health services where allowed and trained.
- Complete the training roadmap and pharmacy tasks such as inventory activities, prescription clarification, and supporting team operations.
