About the job
A third-year pharmacy intern supports safe, effective retail pharmacy operations and patient care programs under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist.
What you'll do
- Support patient safety, pharmacy professional practice, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, customer service, inventory, and workflow; final prescription verification is excluded.
- Help manage patient care programs and provide compassionate service to patients and customers.
- Complete required training and licensure requirements; provide immunizations when permitted by state regulations.
