A third-year pharmacy intern supports retail pharmacy operations and patient care under a pharmacist’s supervision while completing training to prepare for a pharmacist role.
What you'll do
- Help fill prescriptions safely and accurately, follow pharmacy workflows and procedures, and provide caring service to patients.
- Support patient care activities, including counseling and prescription clarification under supervision, and immunizations or other services where permitted and appropriately trained.
- Complete the training roadmap and assist with inventory, team communication, and pharmacy operations.
