Pharmacy Intern - Grad

What you'll do

• Assist with safe, accurate prescription fulfillment and pharmacy workflow under pharmacist supervision.
• Support patient care, including counseling when appropriate, immunizations and other services where permitted, and resolving or escalating patient concerns.
• Complete pharmacy training and operational tasks, including inventory activities and compliance with applicable laws and procedures.

What they ask for

• PharmD graduate of a U.S. accredited program before beginning CVS Health’s Post-Graduate Training Program.
• Ability to obtain required pharmacist licensure within the state-required timeframe; failure to obtain it within 120 days of graduation results in separation.
• Must possess, or be in the process of obtaining, valid intern and/or technician licensure as required.
• Complete required training within the designated timeframe; regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.

Nice to have

• 1+ years of related work experience in pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service.
• Immunization certification; flexibility to work across market locations; proficiency in Microsoft Suite.

Pay

$23.10 - $28.10 (base salary; pay type not specified)
