Pharmacy Intern - Grad

What you'll do

• Help ensure prescriptions are filled safely and accurately, follow pharmacy workflows and procedures, and assist with inventory activities.
• Support patient care through service, counseling and prescription-related communication under pharmacist supervision, and provide immunizations or other services where permitted and trained.
• Complete the post-graduate training roadmap and meet applicable legal, safety, and compliance requirements.

What they ask for

• PharmD graduate of a U.S.-accredited program before beginning the Post-Graduate Training Program.
• Ability to obtain required pharmacist licensure within the state-required timeframe; failure to obtain it within 120 days of graduation results in separation.
• Must possess, or be in the process of obtaining, valid intern and/or technician licensure as required.
• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends, and ability to complete required training within the designated timeframe.

Nice to have

• 1+ years of related work experience in pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service setting.
• Ability to become immunization certified; proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).

Pay

$23.75 - $42.00 (base salary; currency not stated)
