Pharmacy Intern - Grad

What you'll do

• Help ensure prescriptions are filled promptly, safely, and accurately, following pharmacy workflows and procedures.
• Support patient care through service, counseling and prescription-related communication under pharmacist supervision, and health services where permitted and trained.
• Complete the post-graduate training roadmap and support pharmacy team operations, including inventory and, where permitted, immunizations.

What they ask for

• PharmD graduate of a U.S. accredited program before beginning the CVS Health Post-Graduate Training Program.
• Ability to obtain required pharmacist licensure within the state-guideline timeframe; failure to obtain it within 120 days of graduation results in separation.
• Possess, or be in the process of obtaining, valid intern and/or technician licensure as required.
• Complete required training within the designated timeframe; regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.

Nice to have

• 1+ years of related work experience in pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service.
• Microsoft Suite proficiency; ability to become immunization certified and work across market locations.

Pay

$23.75 - $42.00 (pay range; type not specified)
