Pharmacy Intern - Grad

What you'll do

• Assist with safe, accurate prescription fulfillment, pharmacy workflow, inventory, and patient service under pharmacist supervision.
• Support patient care through counseling and medical questions when appropriate, immunizations and other health services where permitted, and resolving or escalating patient concerns.
• Complete a training roadmap and comply with pharmacy procedures, laws, professional standards, and patient privacy requirements.

What they ask for

• PharmD graduate of a U.S. accredited program before beginning the Post-Graduate Training Program.
• Ability to obtain required pharmacist licensure within the state-required timeframe; failure to obtain it within 120 days of graduation results in separation.
• Possess, or be in the process of obtaining, valid intern and/or technician licensure as required.
• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends, and ability to complete required training on time.

Nice to have

• 1+ years of related work experience in pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service.
• Ability to become immunization certified; ability to work across market locations; proficiency in Microsoft Suite.

Pay

$23.75 - $42.00 (base salary; currency not stated)
