Pharmacy Intern - Grad

What you'll do

• Help ensure prescriptions are filled safely and accurately, follow pharmacy workflows and procedures, and support daily operations.
• Assist patients with service and counseling under a licensed pharmacist’s direct supervision; support immunizations and other health services where permitted and trained.
• Complete a training roadmap and develop pharmacy practice skills, including patient safety, quality assurance, and compliance.

What they ask for

• PharmD graduate of a U.S. accredited program before beginning the Post-Graduate Training Program at CVS Health.
• Ability to obtain required pharmacist licensure within the timeframe set by state guidelines; failure to obtain it within 120 days of graduation results in separation of employment.
• Must possess, or be in the process of obtaining, valid intern and/or technician licensure as required.
• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends, and ability to complete required training within the designated timeframe.

Nice to have

• 1+ years of related work experience in pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).

Pay

$23.75 - $42.00 (base salary)
