A Graduate Pharmacy Intern trains and supports retail pharmacy operations, prescription fulfillment, and patient care under pharmacist supervision while preparing for pharmacist licensure.
What you'll do
- Fill prescriptions safely and accurately, support pharmacy workflows, and follow company procedures and applicable laws.
- Assist patients with counseling, medical questions, immunizations, and other health services under appropriate supervision.
- Complete a training roadmap and support pharmacy operations, including inventory and team development.

- Ability to obtain required pharmacist licensure within the timeframe specified by state guidelines; failure to obtain it within 120 days of graduation results in separation.
- Must possess, or be in the process of obtaining, valid intern and/or technician licensure as required.
- Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends, and ability to complete required training within the designated timeframe.
Nice to have
- 1+ years of related work experience in pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service.
- Immunization certification ability, flexibility to work at other market locations, and proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
