Pharmacy Intern - Grad

What you'll do

• Help ensure prescriptions are filled safely and accurately, follow pharmacy procedures, and support patient service under pharmacist supervision.
• Assist with counseling, prescription clarification, inventory, immunizations, and other patient health services as permitted by law and training.
• Complete the post-graduate training roadmap and comply with pharmacy laws, professional standards, and CVS policies.

What they ask for

• PharmD graduate of a U.S. accredited program before beginning CVS Health’s Post-Graduate Training Program.
• Ability to obtain required pharmacist licensure within the state-required timeframe; failure to obtain it within 120 days of graduation results in separation.
• Must possess, or be in the process of obtaining, valid intern and/or technician licensure as required.
• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends, and ability to complete required training within the designated timeframe.

Nice to have

• 1+ years of related work experience in pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service.
• Immunization certification, ability to work across market locations, or proficiency in Microsoft Suite.

Pay

$23.75 - $42.00 (currency and whether base salary or total pay not stated)
