Supports retail pharmacy operations and patient care while completing training to prepare for pharmacist licensure and increasing responsibility.
What you'll do
- Help ensure prescriptions are filled safely and accurately, support pharmacy workflow, and provide caring patient service under pharmacist supervision.
- Assist with patient counseling, prescription clarification, immunizations, and other health services where permitted and appropriately trained.
- Support pharmacy team operations, including inventory, compliance, and coaching or mentoring as readiness increases.

- Ability to obtain required pharmacist licensure within the state-required timeframe; failure to obtain it within 120 days of graduation results in separation.

- Complete required training within the designated timeframe and maintain regular, predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
