Pharmacy Intern - Grad

What you'll do

• Help ensure prescriptions are filled promptly, safely, and accurately, following pharmacy procedures and applicable laws.
• Support patient care by answering questions, offering counseling under pharmacist supervision, and providing services such as immunizations where permitted and trained.
• Assist with pharmacy workflow, inventory, patient service, and training or coaching pharmacy team members as readiness increases.

What they ask for

• PharmD graduate of a U.S. accredited program before beginning CVS Health’s Post-Graduate Training Program.
• Ability to obtain required pharmacist licensure within the state-required timeframe; failure to obtain it within 120 days of graduation results in separation.
• Must possess, or be in the process of obtaining, valid intern and/or technician licensure as required.
• Complete required training within the designated timeframe and maintain regular, predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.

Nice to have

• 1+ years of related work experience in pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service.
• Immunization certification; ability to work across market locations; proficiency in Microsoft Suite.

Pay

$24.25 - $42.00 (pay range; currency not stated)
