Pharmacy Intern - Grad

What you'll do

• Help fill prescriptions safely and accurately, follow pharmacy workflows and standard operating procedures, and support inventory activities.
• Assist patients with service and counseling under a licensed pharmacist’s supervision; support immunizations and other health services where permitted and trained.
• Complete the training roadmap and comply with applicable pharmacy laws, regulations, professional standards, and CVS policies.

What they ask for

• PharmD graduate of a U.S. accredited program before beginning the Post-Graduate Training Program.
• Ability to obtain required pharmacist licensure within the timeframe set by state guidelines; failure to obtain it within 120 days of graduation results in separation.
• Possess or be obtaining valid intern and/or technician licensure as required.
• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends, and completion of required training within the designated timeframe.

Nice to have

• 1+ years of related work experience in pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service.
• Immunization certification; ability to work across market locations; proficiency in Microsoft Suite.

Pay

$24.25 - $42.00 (pay range; currency not specified)
