Pharmacy Intern - Grad

What you'll do

• Help ensure prescriptions are filled promptly, safely, and accurately, and provide caring patient service under pharmacist supervision.
• Complete a training roadmap covering pharmacy operations, patient safety, quality assurance, and professional standards.
• Support pharmacy workflow, inventory, patient counseling and services, and team training as permitted by law and state regulations.

What they ask for

• PharmD graduate of a U.S. accredited program before beginning CVS Health’s Post-Graduate Training Program.
• Ability to obtain required pharmacist licensure within the timeframe set by state guidelines; failure to obtain it within 120 days of graduation results in separation.
• Possess, or be in the process of obtaining, required valid intern and/or technician licensure.
• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends, and ability to complete required training on time.

Nice to have

• 1+ years of related work experience in pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service.
• Immunization certification, ability to work across market locations, or proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).

Pay

$23.75 - $42.00 (pay range; currency not stated)
