A Graduate Pharmacy Intern applies pharmacy-school training in a CVS retail pharmacy, supports safe prescription fulfillment and patient care, and completes a training roadmap toward pharmacist licensure.
What you'll do
- Support pharmacy workflow and accurate prescription fulfillment, patient service, safety, and compliance under pharmacist supervision.
- Assist with patient counseling, prescription clarification, immunizations, and other health services where permitted and appropriately trained.
- Complete the post-graduate training roadmap and, as readiness increases, support pharmacy operations and team development.

- PharmD graduate of a U.S. accredited program before beginning CVS Health’s Post-Graduate Training Program.
- Obtain required pharmacist licensure within the state-required timeframe; failure to obtain it within 120 days of graduation results in separation.
- Possess, or be in the process of obtaining, valid intern and/or technician licensure as required.
- Complete required training within the designated timeframe and maintain regular, predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
Nice to have
