Provides supervised retail pharmacy care and operations while completing a training roadmap to prepare for pharmacist responsibilities.
What you'll do
- Support safe, accurate prescription fulfillment and smooth pharmacy operations across pharmacy workstations.
- Assist patients with care and services, including counseling, immunizations, and other health services where permitted and appropriately supervised.
- Complete training and support pharmacy operations, including inventory, compliance, and coaching team members as readiness increases.

- Ability to obtain required pharmacist licensure within the state-required timeframe; failure to obtain it within 120 days of graduation results in separation.

- Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends, and ability to complete required training on time.
Nice to have
- 1+ years of related work experience in pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service.
