Pharmacy Intern - Grad

What you'll do

• Help fill prescriptions safely and accurately, support pharmacy workflows, and provide caring service to patients.
• Under pharmacist supervision, answer medical questions, take or clarify prescriptions where state regulations allow, and support patient health services such as immunizations when permitted and trained.
• Complete pharmacy operations training and assist with inventory, compliance, patient safety, and team coaching as responsibilities increase.

What they ask for

• PharmD graduate of a U.S. accredited program before beginning CVS Health’s Post-Graduate Training Program.
• Ability to obtain required pharmacist licensure within the state-required timeframe; licensure must be obtained within 120 days of graduation.
• Possess, or be in the process of obtaining, valid intern and/or technician licensure as required.
• Regular, predictable attendance including nights and weekends; ability to complete required training within the designated timeframe.

Nice to have

• 1+ years of related work experience in pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service.
• Immunization certification potential; flexibility to work across market locations; proficiency in Microsoft Suite.

Pay

$23.75 - $42.00 (base salary)
