Pharmacy Intern - Grad

What you'll do

• Assist with safe and accurate prescription fulfillment, pharmacy workflow, and patient service under pharmacist supervision.
• Support patient care activities, including counseling when appropriate, immunizations and other services where permitted, and resolving or escalating patient concerns.
• Complete a post-graduate training roadmap and support pharmacy operations, inventory, team development, and compliance with applicable laws and procedures.

What they ask for

• PharmD graduate of a U.S.-accredited program before beginning the Post-Graduate Training Program at CVS Health.
• Ability to obtain required pharmacist licensure within the timeframe set by state guidelines; failure to obtain it within 120 days of graduation results in separation of employment.
• Must possess, or be in the process of obtaining, valid intern and/or technician licensure as required.
• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends, and ability to complete required training within the designated timeframe.

Nice to have

• 1+ years of related work experience in pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service setting.
• Ability to become immunization certified; ability to work across market locations; proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).

Pay

$23.75 - $42.00 (pay range; whether base salary or total pay is not stated)
