Pharmacy Intern - Grad

What you'll do

• Help ensure safe, accurate, and timely prescription fulfillment and provide caring service to patients under pharmacist supervision.
• Complete training in pharmacy operations, patient safety, quality assurance, and professional standards; take on greater operational accountability as readiness increases.
• Support services such as immunizations, inventory activities, prescription clarification, and patient counseling where permitted by law and under required supervision or training.

What they ask for

• PharmD graduate of a U.S. accredited program before beginning the CVS Health Post-Graduate Training Program.
• Ability to obtain required pharmacist licensure within the required timeframe; failure to obtain it within 120 days of graduation results in separation of employment.
• Must possess, or be in the process of obtaining, valid intern and/or technician licensure as required.
• Complete required training within the designated timeframe and maintain regular, predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.

Nice to have

• 1+ years of related work experience in pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).

Pay

$23.75 - $42.00 (base salary)
