Pharmacy Intern - Grad

What you'll do

• Support safe and accurate prescription fulfillment, pharmacy operations, and patient service under pharmacist supervision.
• Complete training in patient safety, quality assurance, drug utilization review, and pharmacy operations; take on greater responsibilities as readiness increases.
• Provide or support patient care services, including counseling, immunizations, and point-of-care testing, where permitted and appropriately trained.

What they ask for

• PharmD graduate of a U.S.-accredited program before beginning the Post-Graduate Training Program.
• Ability to obtain required pharmacist licensure within the timeframe set by state guidelines; failure to obtain it within 120 days of graduation results in separation.
• Must possess, or be in the process of obtaining, valid intern and/or technician licensure as required.
• Complete required training within the designated timeframe; regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.

Nice to have

• 1+ years of related experience in pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service.
• Microsoft Suite proficiency; ability to become immunization certified and work across market locations.

Pay

$23.75 - $42.00 (pay range; base salary/hourly status not specified)
