A Graduate Pharmacy Intern applies pharmacy-school training in a retail pharmacy, supports safe prescription fulfillment and patient care, and completes a training roadmap to prepare for pharmacist responsibilities.
What you'll do
- Support pharmacy workflow and accurate prescription fulfillment, following SOPs and safety requirements.
- Assist patients with counseling, prescriptions, immunizations, and other health services under pharmacist supervision and as permitted by law.
- Complete training and operational tasks, including inventory activities, while supporting and communicating with the pharmacy team.

- PharmD graduate of a U.S. accredited program before beginning CVS Health’s Post-Graduate Training Program.
- Ability to obtain required pharmacist licensure within the state-required timeframe; failure to obtain it within 120 days of graduation results in separation.
- Possess, or be in the process of obtaining, valid intern and/or technician licensure as required.
- Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends, and ability to complete required training on time.
Nice to have
- 1+ years of related work experience in pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service.
- Immunization certification; ability to work across market locations; proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
Pay
$25.25 - $42.00 (base salary)
