Pharmacy Intern - Grad

What you'll do

• Help ensure prescriptions are filled safely and accurately, follow pharmacy workflows and SOPs, and provide caring service to patients.
• Under pharmacist supervision, assist with counseling, patient questions, prescription clarification, and health services such as immunizations where permitted and properly trained.
• Complete a training roadmap and support pharmacy operations, including inventory tasks and compliance with applicable laws and policies.

What they ask for

• PharmD graduate of a U.S. accredited program before beginning CVS Health’s Post-Graduate Training Program.
• Ability to obtain required pharmacist licensure within the state-required timeframe; failure to obtain it within 120 days of graduation results in separation of employment.
• Possess, or be in the process of obtaining, valid intern and/or technician licensure as required.
• Complete required training within the designated timeframe and maintain regular, predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.

Nice to have

• 1+ years of related work experience in pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service.
• Immunization certification; ability to work across market locations; proficiency in Microsoft Suite.

Pay

$25.00 - $42.00 (base salary)
