Pharmacy Intern - Grad

What you'll do

• Help fill prescriptions safely and accurately, follow pharmacy workflows and procedures, and support inventory activities.
• Serve patients by answering questions, offering counseling under pharmacist supervision, and assisting with immunizations and other health services where allowed.
• Complete a training roadmap and comply with applicable laws, professional standards, and CVS policies.

What they ask for

• PharmD graduate of a U.S. accredited program before beginning the Post-Graduate Training Program.
• Ability to obtain required pharmacist licensure within the timeframe set by state guidelines; failure to obtain it within 120 days of graduation results in separation.
• Possess, or be in the process of obtaining, valid intern and/or technician licensure as required.
• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends, and ability to complete required training on time.

Nice to have

• 1+ years of related work experience in pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service.
• Ability to become immunization certified; proficiency in Microsoft Suite.

Pay

$23.75 - $42.00 (pay range; pay basis not stated)
